December 11th:
5:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. - Team Registration, Pit Setup and Practice Sessions
6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. - Barbeque and Team Social
9:30 p.m. - Practice Sessions End - Pits Closed
Saturday, December 12th (Revised 12/1/2009):
6:30 a.m. - Volunteers arrive
7:00 a.m. - Team check-in begins and Pit opens Practice on Pit playing field begins
(“first come, first serve” or via sign-up sheets)
7:45 a.m. - Scheduled Robot Hardware and Software Inspection begins
8:15 a.m. - Scheduled Team Judging begins
9:30 a.m. - Judging and Robot Inspection end
9:30 a.m. - Drivers Meeting starts at Competition Playing Field
10:00 a.m. - Opening Ceremony
10:15 a.m. - Qualification Matches start
11:30 a.m. - Set-up volunteer lunches
12:00 p.m. - Lunch break for teams and volunteers starts
12:45 p.m. - Competition area volunteers and teams participating in the first two
matches after lunch report to the Competition Playing Field and setup for matches
starting at 1:00 p.m.
1:00 p.m. - Qualification Matches resume
2:45 p.m. - Judges make final award decisions and create awards script
3:30 p.m. - Qualification Matches end
3:45 p.m. - Judged Awards Ceremony
4:15 p.m. - Alliance Selection for Elimination Matches
5:00 p.m. - Elimination Matches begin
6:30 p.m. - Winning and Finalist Awards Ceremony
6:45 p.m. - Tournament ends
